Type the ID and password yourself. Do not hand the phone to someone who contacted you first.

Check the page before you type
Look at the address and any extra field that was not there last time.

Keep codes private
Do not forward SMS codes, WhatsApp codes, or email OTPs to a stranger.
If the login page looks wrong
- The address is misspelled, or it arrived in an unsolicited message.
- It asks for a one-time code or identity document before you have signed in.
- Someone offers to “login for you” or asks to share your screen.
- A download starts as soon as you open the login link.
Close it and check security before you try again.
If you cannot sign in
Check caps lock and use the same ID you registered. Use Forgot password on the login screen you opened yourself — not a number sent by a stranger.
